Strategy Development

We help organisations define and embed a clear purpose—anchoring ESG and sustainability ambitions in long-term strategic direction.

For impact-led entities, we translate purpose into action through Theory of Change models and practical implementation plans, often aligned with income generation strategies to enhance financial sustainability.

For corporates and investors, we integrate ESG into business strategy to maximise long-term value, manage risk, and unlock growth opportunities across environmental and social domains.

Our approach spans core areas—purpose, sustainability, income generation, and value creation—underpinned by rigorous diagnostics, stakeholder insight, and proprietary tools. We guide clients through strategic choices, prioritisation, and performance measurement.

We also develop tailored ESG frameworks, net-zero strategies, and reporting structures that embed accountability, ensure transparency, and enable credible action.

CASE STUDY

Internet Health & Responsible AI Strategy Development

We partnered with the Mozilla Foundation to assess its impact to date and support the development of a refreshed strategy. Through focused research and engagement, we identified gaps in performance and data use. Our work led to a new theory of change, a strategy to advance internet health and responsible AI, and a performance framework using OKRs—laying the foundation for more agile, transparent, and data-driven decision-making.
