  • Diversity, Equity & inclusion

Our commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) runs deep. This commitment is evident not only in our external engagements but also within the very fabric of our firm. We believe DEI is paramount in building an organisation that attracts, nurtures, and retains outstanding talent.

We've witnessed, first hand, the myriad benefits of cultivating an equitable workplace and society: heightened innovation, informed decision-making, superior customer service, and a boost in employee morale and productivity. This document offers a snapshot of our approaches and the wisdom we've garnered.

  • Theory of Change

Helping organisations and programmes to positively contribute to our society and planet is at the heart of our mission. There are many tools to increase the chances of successs on that journey towards social and sustainable impact but the Theory of Change stands out. It is a formidable framework that allows purpose driven organisations and programmes to define their intended long-term impact and articulate the actions that they will take to enable that impact.

this brochure provides you with some useful information about how to develop your theory of change. It is based on our lessons learns from developing over 100 theories of change in the last few years.

  • Evaluations

Evaluations are critical to improving the impact of programmes and interventions. Not only do they provide insight into what has been achieved by the programme, but they also give recommendations about potential improvements. However, evaluations are not often popular with those involved in them. This is because evaluations need careful consideration, planning, preparation, follow-up and analysis from those designing and implementing them and time and engagement from those being interviewed or surveyed.

Our insights and recommendations will no doubt help you on your journey to maximise your impact and the efficiency of your operations.

  • Materiality Assessment

A materiality assessment is a process of identifying which specific environmental, social, and governance sustainability topics matter most to an organisation’s internal and external stakeholders. The assessment can form the basis of an organisation’s ESG strategy and help prioritise the information reported to stakeholders to meet their expectations better. It is an important process to ensure that you are focusing and communicating on the right sustainability topics.

We encourage all organisations to embark on a materiality assessment and have designed this short guide to inform them about the steps to follow.
