Jessica brings more than eight years of international experience contributing to and leading high-impact projects within the public, private and social sectors. She is skilled in using long-term strategic thinking and innovation to position organizations for greater impact and is passionate about capitalizing on opportunities for cross-sector collaboration. At Aleron, Jessica is a Manager and contributes significant experience in impact evaluation, organizational strategy and program design across a number of projects.
Prior to joining Aleron, Jessica worked as a Consultant at Farnam Associates where she delivered actionable recommendations at programmatic and strategic levels to nonprofit and public sector clients, including the Connecticut Department of Labor, United Way and the Boston Federal Reserve Bank. She also leverages several years of experience working within international relations, academia and the private sector. Before transitioning into social sector consulting, she was a Research Fellow for the Intergener8 Living Lab at Western Sydney University, a user-centered, open innovation research ecosystem striving to enhance the wellbeing and economic participation of young people in Greater Western Sydney.
Jessica holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Vermont. She speaks conversational French and is currently learning Polish.
