Ed has worked as an education advisor, specialising in teacher recruitment and the development of new ways of teaching. He has advised Teach First, Cambridge University and some of the UK’s leading schools exploring more exciting and engaging ways of engaging with and teaching students. Between 2006 and 2010, Ed worked at McKinsey & Co., where he developed expertise in education reform.
Ed sits on the strategic advisory boards for Abor, a new school MIS and Cambridge University Press.
