Thomas Athey

Thomas previously worked within the Quality and Training Team at MyBnk, an education charity focussed on improving the financial capability of young adults. In this role, he conducted research into regional deprivation and behavioural economics to inform programme development and delivered training sessions to young adults. He also has experience in journalism having worked as the Music Editor for a student newspaper.
Originally from Northumberland, Thomas has a keen interest in education, youth training and the challenges associated with regional inequality.
